Re-architecting a bilingual HR platform around 11 modules that all behave the same way.
I turn dense requirements into systems teams can build.
6+ years of SaaS, HR and government platforms across the Gulf and the wider Arab region, designed in Arabic and English from the information architecture down to the handoff.

Six enterprise apps designed as one product, on one account and one component library.
Built from zero with Mostafa Emad in 2024: desk research, an identity taken from the pawpaw fruit, and a final design in two languages that was mine.
A self-development app rebuilt around a daily loop: a plan from a personality test, tips worth points and a streak that forgives.
Systems before screens.
I build the rules first, then the screens. That is why the tenth screen looks like the first.
Arabic isn't a mirror flip.
Reading order, number formatting, icon direction and bilingual data are design decisions, not a CSS property.
Dev-ready or it didn't ship.
States, edge cases and specs live in the file, not in a Slack thread.
AI in the loop, judgment on top.
I build my own Claude Code skills and pipelines. I still own every decision that reaches a user.
Projects I can't show, but can talk you through.
- A command centre that monitors cargo and passengers across land, sea and air ports, and tells officers what to do when a step runs late. I design each scenario, exceptions included, for a global systems integrator to build.
- A design-system foundation for an HR and business-services group, from primitives and semantic tokens to documented components: one source of truth for the design team (current).
- Two portals for the same group: one where government and corporate clients follow their staff's payroll, leave and invoices, and the internal one where the team sets up each client, its projects and permissions before they sign in.
- Government platforms designed to digital government (DGA) guidelines, including a knowledge centre's digital library with statistical reports on its users by department.
